Founded in 2019 in Asheville, NC, GLM (Grind. Lead. Motivate.) started with a simple belief: our youth deserve better. They deserve to be seen, to be equipped, and to be inspired.

We are more than apparel. We are a community-driven force providing backpacks to students, scholarships to seniors, and motivation to anyone willing to put in the work.

Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway

Every year, we host a massive giveaway providing fully loaded backpacks to students in our community. We ensure they start the year equipped for success.

GLM Scholarship Program

We believe in higher education. Our annual scholarship fund helps motivated high school seniors afford college, trade school, or professional certifications.
